THE VILLA

 

The bigger one is the villa with two floors.

On the ground floor there is:

 

- Office room with sofa double bed

- Bathroom with shower

- Double bedroom

- Big living room with fireplace and flat screen TV

- Dining room and a equipped kitchen with all the tools for cooking

 

On the first floor there is:

 

- Double bedroom

- Bathroom with shower

- Double bedroom with an extra single bed

- Bathroom with a hydro massage Jacuzzi bathtub for two persons and a shower, a walk-in closet

- Large living room with a fireplace

- Sofa bed and a flat-screen TV

 

The Villa also has a beautiful and spacious outdoor patio just outside the dining room for relaxing and dining in the warm summer evenings. The patio is immersed in the green park of the country house.

 

 

 

 

IL FIENILE

 

Poggio alle Fonti’s second building, Il Fienile (the Barn), a ground floor only building, comprises a kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a shower room. The barn has a large patio set amidst greenery with table, chairs and parasol, where you can relax. Also, above the Barn, there is a small apartment, called Il Nido (the Nest); fully independent from the other accommodation.
